Kilkieran high crosses are a couple of minutes drive from Ahenny and at this site there are three sandstone crosses and the remains of a fourth.  These crosses, like those at Ahenny, also belong to the Ossory Group.  The West cross, the North cross and the plain cross, which date to the 9th century, stand majestically among local family graves.

Further towards the back of the graveyard is a holy well.  It is believed that the water from this well has the ability to cure headaches.
